Induction Kit Help Please!

just got my kit and when i fitted it at first it would start then cut out, then it wouldnt rev past 3000 rpm av tried conecting all the wee hoses and multiplugs but still wont work please help.

sounds like it's in safe mode, i've heard you need to disconnect Battery when fittin the kit, also you could try resetting the ecu if you haven't already tried
