Fifth And Reverse Gear Are Gone :(

Last night when I was going home from work, I`ve changed to reverse gear without any problems. When I was going backwards in hard right turn there was a slight metalic sound from the engine compartment near to front left wheel (I didn't hear it. but my friend outside did).

When I stoped, I couldn't change gear - lever was stuck on reverse. We`ve swinged car a little bit and then I changed gear to 1st. But I couldn`t hit reverse again - "there is nothing there". The same goes with 5th gear...

Does anyone has any clues? Or should I start looking after new gearbox?
