Headlight Washers

Hi, I am wondering if you can buy a set of light-washers for a 99 avensis? I have been told by Toyota Ireland that you cannot get them. But the manual describes their operation!

Anyone know any more about this?

You can retro-fit, but you will need to change a numer of components!

For what you get............It's not worth the financial outlay.

Any ideas what components you need to retrofit? I can't find details of whats involved with this anywhere

At least front bumper change+ fit washer hosing, switch, New washer bottle.

Just hope your harness has all the relevant connectors stowed so you can just connect! If not, you will need to overlay wiring.

Will probably take 2/3 days ( 8 hours per day) to install.

Washer bottle is ok, 6L capacity or so..

It does sound like a lot of work though.. amazing for something so simple!
