Hi ive been driving my car for a few days now and the oil level is just above min but looks very clean and as its service is due very soon i can see the point in changing the oil now so id rather just top it up.

Only problem is the garage i bought it from has misplaced the manual so im now stuck as to what oil to put in, ive searched high and low on google and cant find a definate answer everyone says different things so what would you recommend? I dont need much so was thinking of putting some Magnatec in but dont want to do this if it isnt right?

Hope someone can help me :)

5/30 semi synthetic will be fine, try and stick to a good brand

I wouldnt use anything but Millers XSS or Shell Helix (semi synthetic) 5w30 or 10W40 on my cars, my Corolla T-Sport runs like a dream on Millers and doesnt use any oil. I paid £20 for 5 litres.

Great, great stuff...would definately recommend Millers and the Shell Helix over magnetec
