Clutch Problems/failure

I have a 2000 Camry with 100,000 miles. I am replacing my clutch for the the 3rd time.

First clutch replacement was at 25,000 miles...

Second clutch replacement was 50,000 miles later (75,000 miles on car)...

Now the third clutch replacement was 25,000 miles later (100,000 miles on car)!

I'm not riding the clutch. I had an Acura that I drove for 150,000 miles before the clutch gave out, and also had a Mazda that I drove 90,000 miles before the clutch needed replacing.

Anyone else have similar experiences? ... or have info on why Toyota clutches seem to fail prematurely?
