Where To Put The Subwoofer?

I bought a subwoofer from Pioneer, model TS-SW1241D

Now I have the problem in deciding and figuring out where to put it in my trunk...

Should I just put in the box which I'll put behind the rear seats (will have the chance to

move it, and place for example on the floor behind the front seats, if I'll put the rear

seats down to get more loading capacity and will load the car). I am also considering to

put the subwoofer in my "extra wheel" slot, where it won't take any of the loading capacity and will look

very smooth and OEM, but one guy said it needs bigger box, approx. 30 litres, so he thinks that it is

bad idea to put it there.

What do you think, and how will that smaller space affect? Only on on the sound, and how much? Is it still

worth it to put it in the tyre slot, or maybe somewhere else?

I don't really want to have just some box in my trunk, would love to make it all look OEM.
