hey guys im going to purchase a metal head gasket. are cometic any good and what thickness should i get??

cometic are fine, i would recommend a 1.2mm one unless you are running 2 bar plus or the head has been skimmed by a significant amount.

dont forget your ARP head studs as well

I've got 1.2mm on mine and it is perfect for mildly modified engines such as Fmic 1 bar of boost, straight air filter and exhaught slightly lower compression than standard to help against knock (i belive) and definetly dont forget the ARP studs
