Barke Are Very Soft Like Not Stopping The Car

hello everybody ..i am new

i have imported toyota alphard as--2.4 vvti just like the pervia 2.4 engine...i run the car for nearly 6 months now and i find the brake are very soft like not enough braking power to stop the car ..i alreday change the front and rear brake pads and find the brake disc are find ...anyone can five me advice?

System may require bleeding or you have a leak somewhere.

1. Does the peddle get stiffer if you pump it

2. Have you noticed the brake fluid level going down.

It could also be the ABS system
