Wheel Spacers

Hi, I am trying to get hold of some wheel spacers for a mk2 any help is appreciated :blink: New wheels came today and they are the same size.. :crybaby: ( they come with no refund ) :censor:

You gan get 6mm spacers from Halfords .. off the shelf ..

Any chance of a few more details on the wheels? Whats wrong about them?

Using the Halfords type spacers is a bit dangerous, as they dont use the centre locating ring on the hubs and thus ALL the stresses are put through the wheelnuts, which are now lengthened... Not an ideal situation. Better to use spacers which are designed for your application and use the centre ring on both sides, ensuring that shear stresses are kept away from the bolts.
