6 1/2" in doors and 4" up front! For doors you're gonna need some adapters for new Speakers because oem Speakers have unique installation! And be careful when choosing Speakers at doors. There's quite small distance between doorpanel and window... These are nice, I have pair of these in my yaris t sport:

They need only 40mm deep space to fit!

66mm sounds quite a lot may fit or no?! try and you find out!

Tweeters i flushed into a-pillars next to 4" "overdash" Speakers! I'll take some pictures and put 'em here!

Can you fit Speakers to the doors in s model as don't come as standard. Yaris hasent arrived yet so do not know.
