Corolla Lights Not Working

i have a 1998 corolla and i have a strange problem, im only after buying the thing and wondering if there's any know problems/fixes for my issue,

the dipped head lights do not come on anymore, neither do the rear lights or the dash board, the full beams come on not a problem just the others, wondering if anybody has had the same problem on here or knows a fix? ive tried the usual fuse changing but it just goes again if not instantly within a couple of hours

any help would be grately apreciated guys

after doing a search could it be something to do with faulty wiring to the radio?

You have a problem with an earth or postive.

Ie some maybe melted together.

I would start by unplugged some looms and then plugged the fuses in
