Why rpm not going down immidietly when I put leg away from accelerator? I must wait half of second and it is not good for changes speed.

Because rpm not immidietly going down, fast changed of speed is impossible.

i found in my YTS. Drop the clutch at the end of 2nd the rev;s where bang on for 3rd?

I know the manifold helped the rev's drop alot..

The reason the revs don't instantly drop off is so that any excess fuel in the system (as the car would have been burning more fuel with the accelerator press than when idling), is burnt off. It's all to help the CAT as unburnt fuel going straight into them wears them out very quickly.
