Remote Programing Why So Secret!

Why is it so hard for someone to post how to program your remote entry. I have a 97 camry and need the info to program a remote. There are lots of these questions on the internet and no one has posted the answer to it. I have seen a few who said they have found it.....But they never post what they found. Its seem almost like a secret. Can somebody please post this information so all of us and put this issue to rest. Dealers charge big bucks to do this, and I am not going to pay for what seems very simple to do. :ffs:
