can someone tell me how to get the 2nd row of seats to swivel. cheers davy

you have to pull the strap on the double seat until it lies down and swivel it 90 degrees, then do the same to the single seat, swivel the double seat the rest of the way and then the single. pull the strap again and they will lock!!
