"dvd Error" 2001 Landcruiser Stuck Dvd

Hello all,

I have a 2001 landcruiser with dvd nav option. The dvd/cd magazine will not eject. My screen says "dvd error". It looks like a dvd is jammed. I am having a hard time trying to manipultate the dvd sleeve back---not much space to work with.

Any advise wouls be appreciatd.

I figured it out. I forced the plastic tray back into the magazine with w/ a razor blade and a tiny screw driver. I removed the bad try and all is fine again. Now I can only load 5 vs 6 dvds...but, better that spending hundreds for the dealer to fix.
