Toyota Cynos 96' Help Needed!

Hi guys!

New to the forum and need some help with my Cynos.

The DLC plug is under the hood with 23pins, I thought that all 96' vehicles and over are obd2 compliant.

Is it possible with an adapter from 23pin to obd2 to get a reading with obd2 diagnostic scanners example a Scanguage2?

Its so hard to find out any info on a Cynos.

Any help will do!!!
