Rav4 Power Boost - Timing Advance

Does anyone know of an adjustment to the timing that gives more Power on a RAV4? :P

I have seen an advert on E-Bay trying to flog a "Timing adjustment Kit" ??

I am aware that on MX-5's you can adjust the timing from the std 10 Deg to 14 Deg. I have done this and it does improve power. Apparently Mazda set all there cars to 10 Deg based on a world average quality Fuel, where as, the UK fuel quality if better (But more Expensive )
