Abs Sensor Removal

hi is there ne1 who nos how to remove and fit a new abs sensor on avensis 1.8 vvti??????????

Remove the bolt right next to the sensor and pull the sensor out of its hole.

But it may not be as easy as it sounds. I removed all of my sensors to check

if they were faulty, and both of the bolts on the rear were stuck by corrosion.

They had to be drilled out, and be replaced.

Maybe if you use some penetrating oil you'll get the bolt out in one piece.

cheers for that. but im a novice where is the abs sensor located!!!!!!!

I sheared one off - even a mechanic at Toyota dealership confessed they often had to dismantle the wheel assembly and drill them out.

I won't be doing that again!
