Hi, I have a '94 Celica 2.0 (import)

Currently it has the Super Strut suspension which is very good but I would like to lower the car by about an one inch. Would I get that annoying bounce that seems common on lowered cars, or should I just not mess about and get the proper coilover units? This is for normal daily use.

yep go for good springs like Eibach's.......

coilovers will give you more bump steer due to there harder wound springs and damping rates
