well all, heres one for you. First year insurance on 1.3 corolla 4500, 2nd year 3600, 3rd year after getting my full licence 2400, 4th year 1200 so now im on my 5th year and i upgraded 2 a 06 plate t sport compressor and its only 750 fully comp. Taking into consideration im 24 and insurance in ireland is a joke.

If you want to by a real Corolla, buy one which is made in Europe.

If you buy one from this range, you are asking for trouble.

You really can buy an oldtimer, spend some extra money to fix and

you have a car without any troubles. You really have a Toyota and

Toyota quality.

I have a 26 year old Toyota Corolla GTi (sports version). You turn

the ignation key and it is roaring like a tiger. It never leaves you alone.

Now I have a brandnew Auris and this is nothing but trouble. It has been

longer in the workshop than all other Toyotas together.

he said it was e-sure but not 100% sure, i tried them and they would not insure me on a 1.4 VVTI DUE TO MY AGE!!!!

if you do that and your car is involved in an accident and you then require a courtesy car some insurance companies ask to see the counter part of your license to make sure your insurance is valid e.g you said you have no points but you really have! so be careful on that one.

Try a company called "Bell insurance", been with them since i was 19 and they've been pretty fair with me.... Ive had a 2.0ltr turbo deisel MG ( which i laid to rest in some tree's :( ) and a 1.6 rsi Clio and they didnt rip me off.

i'm with esure £500 with s/s exhaust £200 excess fully comp,can get it cheaper but the excess goes sky high and no courtesy car etc.
