I have been looking from time to time on LOC but that is completely mental!

It looks excellent, you must be so chuffed with how it's turned out.

So whats the plan for it? What sort of competition are you going to enter it in?

initially it will be a CLUB trackday car, till all the setup is ironed out, then i will look for a series to compete in

theres still some way to go yet though, it will be going to TTE soon to have a few small items sorted by them....

then hopefully it will be in the UK for Gaydon

i will be allowing all members a "GO" not just LOC, but also TOC as we will be having joint trackdays

you deserve the utmost respect Matt, as that is just something that I would absolutely love to be able to do... great to see the work from start to finish, to show more or less the amount of detail and work that goes in to making a fantastic car.

nice one, and hope to be there at JAE again but this time NOT "singing in the rain" out your back window...! LOL

I love it, and if only i had the experience to allow me to do something like you've done... ah well, at least you said we could have a "go"

0-60 and 1/4 mile times are irrelivant as it is a track car not a point to point sprint car.as for 0-60 though id say roughly 6.5 - 7.0 secs

i say this as the car is now 400 + kilo lighter than a production is200

as for timescales to full competition im still looking for a major sponser, this is why the rear and rear doors have been left blank...

as to what i can compete in.....not sure yet some production saloon class hopefully

Pav, i think your mixing the mats up......my is2 was the white one...not the silver one driving around playing the "Bizarre" music :D

the car is running, and running quite sweet, there is a problem at the moment with the electronic throttle but i am working on that one...

the car handels amazingly, this is due to the seam welding, roll cage and chassis and strut braces, plus the combination of TTE coilovers and anti roll bars

the brakes are too effective now the car is lighter, but the steering is a dream

it sounds nice, but i had to be carefull as Tracks are becoming stricter on noise levels, this is a reason behind doing the twin exits, by increasing the sound deadening

without reducing back pressure on the engine

id also like to add, if there is anyone with a company on here who would like to advertise on the car, then please PM me, you may well be supprised at the Conditions....

i am also still looking for a main sponser...........

yeah, its a bizzare rule, motorsport is all about the sound and the smell. I know at Oulton park, sunday racing is restricted, not starting till late morn etc because of this. but hey cant have it all ways I suppose!!!

Look forward to seeing the motor up there sometime (maybe)?

Good Luck!
