Which Bigger Rear Wiper?

So I got this one and it doesnt fit!!!

The clip on the Aygo rear wiper arm is too small to clip onto the new wiper support and I busted the lower part of the clip on the arm off!

Now I need a new wiper blade and a replacement arm.

Anyone got a 16" flat rear blade that fits? Where did you get it?

You need a Halfords "W22" Rear wiper blade.

I have one, fits perfectly.

Ooops. Just read your question again.....properly.

The W22 wiper is not a flat blade, it is the same shape as the factory one, just longer.

Might end up having to settle for a standard wiper as the search for a suitable flat one is getting nowhere.

I happen to have a 40cm (16") flatblade installed in the rear, but

this required quite some modifications to the blade to make it fit.

Only reason I did do it is that I had the blade laying about useless

and I needed a new rear blade. I had to trim off some material around

the center pivot to make it accept the clip on the arm and I also trimmed

down the little flap that originally covered the hinge on the bade.

Last thing I had to do was because of the letering beneath my 3rd brakelight:

I trimmed about an inch worth of blade from one side so it would clear the letters.

On cars without this lettering 16" should fit without problems.

I got this one off eBay, just do a search for retrofit 16" flatblade. I had to take the centre surround off the arm where the normal front wiper arm attaches, but then it just clipped on.

I've done the same. I got my flat wiper blade from Tescos for £4. Unfortunately, Tesco don't stock the 26" blade needed for the front of the Aygo
