What will a set of new"glowies" cost for an 03 D4D?

Just the plugs,not the fitting.

Thanx

Mine, original Denso with fitting at Toyota garage cost me £ 120. I tried to find Denso online and it was not so easy. Bosch though are available. I would expect anything in the range 50-80. You can go for non-branded that would be cheaper. Depends on what you want.

Cheers.

I take your point.

I had not tried the distributor as I am a private buyer and I took it for granted they would not deal with me. I was after online shops offering the glow plugs.

Hi

How easy were they to replace, I have a 2004 Avensis Diesel Estate?

Cheers

Hi,

It took me ten mins inc. the time to take the engine cover off!! There are 4 plastic nuts on top of the glow plug nuts. they just twist off as they are only finger tight. easy job. you just need a long socket as the glow plugs are long themselves.
