i wouldnt mind a set of spats, but i refuse to have spats and no skirts. and as i refuse to pay the 500+ for skirts, im not having spats. lol

Put a request into a breakers/salvage place, i have done it a few time for spare bits and they always usually can locate the parts real quick. Iv seen a few t3s breaking, i bought a new wheel arch the other day for peanuts as mine got damaged, it was as new off a 05 facelift t3, Look for a 3dr t3 and it will have the skirts on you can grab those ;)

as they are dealer only parts (cant be sought from pannel replacement suppliers) they remain expensive even when removed from old cars. sadly breakers yards arent so stupid with those items any more.

if anyone sees any for sub 100 get me them and ill fire them some moneh. haha

back on topic..... whens the TTE bumper going on? its your next logical step unless you want big powaHs.

you talking to me Ricc about the TTE bumper??? If so I'm keeping the standard. Although the TTE does looks smart in some pictures I've seen it also looks wrong and I don't think i want to throw £400+ on a bumper i may not be keen on!!

The spats will be in the for sale section with pictures soon as I've had a few people asking about them, so only fair.

yo tim, the exhaust looked dope!! Cant wait to see some better photos. I had a call from my guy at the body shop, its going in on 30th of march so ill have my rear lip and exhaust on then aswell cant wait!!

Went for an oval in the end. The 3.5" looked to small imo. He did put 4.5" and jesus they were fooking huge lol!!! Think im going to spray the boxes black, what you think??? He couldn't put the left side higher due to the fuel pipes in the way so he had to make the other side look the same. Hope you all like

I don't think I've ever seen a custom system made so brilliantly.

I'd just leave the boxes as is though... but your ride dude.

They look lush.. much better then the factory comp exhausts, which have one box bigger then the other.

I suppose i could leave them as they are as the fronts are black so you cant recognise as much. Plus the car is low lol!!!

Dude this looks mint! The 4.5'' looks just the job, what diameter are the downpipes though? Are they pre-cat diameter?

illgruphon: They arent the 4.5" they are oval dude. The 4.5" looks huge. If your going to pro-speed their the can on the stand in the waiting room, maaaahoosive lol!!! The whole system is a 2.25".

Did they do it in a day? They said can cater for sound aswell which is ace, since i do motorway driving i think i would go for the mild option. What did you chose?

Sounds epic dude. Nice one. That's exactly what I want the CTS's exhaust to sound like. Nothing too farty but with a growly tone throughout. What is she like through Lift???

I went for the mid option but i do a lot of motorway miles and because the car revs high it can get loud at times especially up hills too!! It sounds ace though. Hes going to do another mid silencer for me soon a bigger one which will lower the tone as i think at 1st he put a tiny one like a 2.5" so i would go for a 3.5" or maybe 4" but up too you. They do it in a day, they have on mine on two occasions. When have you booked in for???? Plus do you have a comp???

Mint mint mint. Got reply today via e-mail, and price is a winner. I am off mon/tues so going to try and book it in sometime when i am off after payday at end of month. Bank holiday monday on the 5th of april would be a winner, but i dont think they will be open lol. Yeh i got comp.

You have to go for a bigger diameter if you have a comp as you have a supercharger so you got some back pressure. Ask charlie he gives good advice.
