Hi all, i am wondering if anyone knows the maximum bhp you can run on standard fuel injectors? as i can only find upgraded injectors at stupid prices!

I think they start to max out at around 350bhp ish.

You could find a set of used bigger injectors.

Or try greenline, my mate got a set of 4 from there for his GTi-R and they were around £60 each for 700's, however there probably alot more now due to a poor pound against the yen.

350bhp would be the absolute limit imo. Would feel safer running around 330ish though

cheers lads, do you need a fuel pressure regulator if you upgrade the injectors and fuel pump?

not totally nessesary TBH. im running 470bhp with blitz 850cc injectors and a walbro pump and stock FPR

you only need an after market FPR if you don't have a management system to control your fuel as otherwise you'll just over fuel. they are a good investment as they reduce the strain on your injectors as it allows the pressure in the fuel rail to be controlled more accurately

well i have just bought the greddy emanage ultimate, however i am still looking for reasonably priced 800cc injectors as the cheapest i have found is over £400!

Take a look on greenline.jp they are usually cheap but with the price of the yen just now I doubt that's still the case. Iirc rx7 injectors are 850cc's and just need a collar to fit

when onto greenline and managed to get sard 800cc x4 for £300 delivered. Cheers for the link
