Got my eye on a bundle pack, Speakers, amp, head unit and sub. just woundering if it's easy enough to fit myself or should I go to a professional, haven't tried taking panels off or removing head unit thought i'd get a heads up first, any tips, hints or tricks of the trade would be handy.

It should be easy enough, never fitted one to a celica before but have on many other cars, as long as you have a good earth on your amp and a decent headunit it will be straight forward enough

You might need a harness to connect your new headunit to the celica wiring loom

depends on how much power you driving through your sound system, a small one won't make that much of a difference and if you do install a half decent one and your feeling good with the right foot, just turn the bugger off ;)

To be honest install a power cap and that reduces any strain on your system :)

oh people it does not get rid of your performance.........it might weight ur car down abit more but thats all, a car is designed to take power from the alternator when running then the Battery charges up...... and your amp powers of both the amp and Battery, and the engine only runs power through the alternator so no power is lost.......

ive got a 2000w amp 4.2 screen and 6 Speakers 8'' ran onto amps and 2 6x9 250watt and one BIG 12'' subwoofer and the car runs like normal if u want to get the performance back (if any lost) just service the car......

Fair point Azzam, did you fit that set-up yourself if so any tricky parts to look out for or good spots to run power away from cables, and if you didn't fit it then how much are you looking at to get it fitted professionally?
