Avalon Xls Check Engine Light

I recently bought a new/old 1995 Avalon with 78000 miles on it. The check engine light stated showing with in a day of buying. The dealer I got it from was kind enough to have it checked and replaced the O2 sensor under the hood. I have driven it less than 50 miles since, and the light is up again. Any clues?

Also, are there any recommended repair/maintainence shops in San Jose/Santa Clara area for toyotas?

Probably should take it back to the dealer as you need a scanner to retrieve the codes from the check engine light.
