How Do You Remove The Spare Wheel

Hi,

How do you remove the spare wheel on the Verso - is it a question of crawling underneath it on your back and undoing a screw-bolt and having the wheel literally fall on to you - how on earth do you get it back on later? Would not fancy doing that at the side of the road or in the wet.

I was in a Toyota dealer and they were useless - didn't have a clue - so I walked out.

Open the boot

Undo the spare wheel rack retaining bolt

Crawl under car to get the tyre out

All the dealer had to do was open the owners handbook (RTFM).

The trade of with spare is do you want to crawl under the car to get to it or would you rather empty the contents of the boot to gain access.
