The Toyota iQ is in the final 3 for the ‘World Car of the Year 2009’

The other finalists are the new Ford Fiesta and the Volkswagen Golf... the final results are announced at the New York International Auto Show on April 9

I would think it has a better chance than the other two due to being a completely new model and not an updated version of a product that’s 30 years old.

I really can't understand that a ordinair Volkswagen Golf became Nr 1. I have to look twice to see the diference of the vw-golf. They never chance the looks radical.

For me the IQ remains nr 1. I can't wait until mine arrives. It's planned in June.....pffffffff
