Well done Bill Allen Main dealer - Cheltenham - Glos (UK).

My Dad needed a replacement owners manual for his Sat Nav TNS 200 (2002 Avensis) but it is out of print and no longer available as an order part.

His dealer (Bill Allen) suggested he leave his name and contact number 'in case one becomes available' - highly unlikely we thought.

BUT . . . 2 days later the dealer phones up and tells us he has a new copy of the book for us.

Gotta say well done . . even posting on here I couldn't get a copy, yet this dealer came through. Plenty of posts on this forum about bad experience with dealers so thought I'd help balance the books with this tale of 'going the extra mile'.

Well done Bill Allen.

Unfortunatley people are all too quick to tell their tales of woe but not so quick when it comes to the good bits!

Same experience for me. The dealer was Chandlers in Grantham
