anyone had luck with TSB nv006-02 regarding dash rattle repair? i am getting a couple of different noises from the dash .

Dash rattle on taco's mainly are heard around passenger side air bag. this can be fixed by removing the glove box and looking up from the bottom to the very right side of the dash you will find a tab that is painted the body color that the dash is mounted to, it will have a white gromet in it . Take a long screw driver and bend this tab back towards the dash. also you can insert foam between the windsheild and dash. use round foam about 1/2 inch in diameter. us a small screwdriver to push it down. Run it the whole lenght of the dash. thi s should fix it. Hitting your fist on the dash next to the air bag wil usually recreate the noise.

thanks. frost king 3/8" poly foam caulk saver wedged in at base of windshield/ front of dash seems to help ....
