No they wont. Models made late 2002 onwards are the facelift models which have a teardrop in the bottom inside corner of the headlight. See: http://toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=42742

Also note the headlight mounting lugs are different depending on whether your Yaris is a French built or Japan built so make sure you get the correct ones for your car.

Well in that case the answer is yes but you need to modify the lights by cutting the tear drop part off. I dont know what else is involved. Someone else on the forum had done it and was selling his modified morettes in the for sale section last month.

I would imagine they would fit but you would more then likely need to change the front bumper also to accomodate the tearshape in the bottom. I wouldn't see any point in cutting the tearshape off the light, you would have trouble sealing the light up to keep the water out.

Mate there are some 99-03 morettes on eBay at the mo starting at £50!!!

Just go for them and then you'll have no problems
