Top Speed Of A Carlos Sainz Celica Gt4?

okay its abit of a 'boy racer' question but is the celica gt4 jap import limited to a top speed because ive made it hit around the 120mph marker and i know it'll go faster but what speed should it be limited to?

Ok the jap cs is infact the rc (just a different name for over there but same car). If its an rc it should be limited to 112mph if the limiter is still active, is the clock still in km or mph? I had this problem when i had a new engine put in, after running it in i gave it a blast and it would only go to about 120 so i put some injector cleaner through and after a couple of days it was fine, might be an idea to try, very cheap.
