Grindes In 3d An R. Any One Got Any Iders?

Hi people i am new to here so thanks to anyone who can help.

I have just got a 97 mr2 2.0 GT an it had a few bits needed doing.

I have done most now but the 1 that i dont no is this grinding!

It like the cluch needs ajusting (hydrolik) so i dont no could it be werth

bleeding the sistem? Any 1 with any help meny thanks

Could be worn syncros.

Do a search on this forum for 'gearbox', 'syncros' etc. You should get some results back.

I remembered a thread from a while back and Dawsey also quoted...

"could just be the clutch dragging, possibly sorted by pedal adjustment.

i wouldnt trust toyota dealers to diagnose a lawn mower!!!!

if it crunches into reverse it is most likely that the clutch isnt disengaging, as the reverse gear does not have a synchro.

is it hard to get into gear whilst stationary? "

Hi bud thanks for your reply. Yeh i have had a car were the was a problem with the syinco.

This fells difrant sum how. The only way i can explane it is picture drive a car with a cabel cluch.

Then losening it about a inch. Bit hard to get in sum gears an grinds in orther. Lol i dont rely no how els to explane it.

I have checked the pedal hight from the diagram an it all fine.
