  1. ...Lexus CT200h. I have to hand the keys to the Prius back in August, and was minded to replace it with an Auris HSD, but the dates don't work for me to order the new one. After much deliberation, I've ordered a CT-200h Luxury instead, which is actually a cheaper car than my fully-spec-ed Prius. The Prius sold me completely on the idea of a hybrid, and I've considered nothing else. But it'll be nice to have one that's better screwed together and doesn't rattle like a tea tray.

  2. I see...give your local Toyota dealer the chassis number and they will know if it's UK spec, then go from there with possible parts.

  3. In Japan their speedo's are in KPH so your vehicle will have been converted to meet UK import regulations .

  4. Extra thought....being an import it could of had an electronic gizmo attached to the speedo wiring to convert from kph to Mph, could be that playing up :(

  5. Thanks so much for the comprehensive reply!! I managed to sort it using your instructions. Funny thing was there wasn't even one of the plastic bulb holders in that slot. I borrowed the one from the door open warning for now to get her past the test, I'll source a new part during the week. Thanks again!

  6. Sean - If you aren't able to fit the radiator yourself and have to use a garage it's best to let them source the part. That way the garage will (generally) guarantee the job as a whole. If you present them with the part and ask them to fit it there's no comeback if the 'part' fails as the guarantee provided by the supplier /manufacturer doesn't include labour.
