  3. Hiya Matt do you fancy a trade swop??? MOT until Dec 2016 53k 6 speed aircon hard top and roll bar, good tyres and serviced, 200 miles since last MOT Mrs' car but since major surgery too uncomfortable to use anymore. Also comes with some spares which I acquired to future proof brand new exhaust system, hard top storage bag and storage rack plus some new unused brake pads.

  4. Assuming the battery is in good condition then as above either an alternator problem causing poor inadequate charging. Or a parasitic drain which can be a real pain to find pulling fuses on each circuit is one way. If the battery is 4 or more years old it could be a battery problem there is normally a code on the battery which will tell you how old it is.

  5. Thanks Konrad, I looked at those before. I checked the part number on the casing and that matches the details from the vin, but I think that's just for the casing. Went through the selecter and I think it's only three, but won't be certain until it fitted a tested properly. Fingers crossed.

  7. I think you're right there, I have the 7 seat Prius+ with a Li-Ion HV battery, a heavier car but only 8 mpg less (real world) than the Gen 3 I used to have.

  11. I fitted the lights today after getting them back from David on Monday, at first it was a bit difficult to do on my own but with some perseverance, I got there in the end and had the lights in place after 45 minutes. The effect is a massive improvement and I am quite happy with it all.

  13. well, I wouldn't recommend the 215/45 R15 ... It depends what look you are trying to achieve. Most people are trying to make the arches look more full so tend to go up wheel sizes as Craig & Mark have done. The normal range of rim width for 205/55 R15 is 5.5>7.5J with 6.5 probably being the optimal but 7J should be fine. At least in the UK any wheel/tyre change from oem should be notified to your insurer.
