  2. I've still got a list of cleaning to do. Rear doors. A pillars, B pillars, C pillars, Rear quarters, Passenger door (the most dented), Both sills, More work on the door shuts etc, and then hopefully the car will be clean'ish, after which I will wash it and seal it. After that I will start work on the other things, i.e clutch pedal is very low, wheels, tyres, suspension, brakes, exhaust, stuff like that.

  3. I'll be perfectly honest with you, get a qualified vehicle mechanic to sort that out. IIRC, airbags are triggered by an electrical current from the sensors that detect a collision. They also inflate incredibly quickly and will cause injury if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time if it goes off. You may cause airbags to trigger if you mess about with that wiring!

  4. Noticed an ad today pointing out that I really am the 1,000,000th visitor to your site. Again. Something called "prizesworld" . Not clicked for obvious reasons, but thought you should be aware. John

  5. Show off [emoji12] I don’t reset the average, so it gives me my long term average. For my short commute I have had a few excellents with the full bars. Helps not coming to a complete stop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. Pleased to hear that David. As I have stated I was pleased I had Toyota Insurance following my collision incident. I hope my renewal will not be too high this year; like you I will have to "haggle".

  7. Just noticed this post. If you are still looking, can I suggest what I have recently done, which is to plug a Yatour USB/SD Card unit into the CD changer socket. You get the ability to access 6 folders, each with 99 tracks, from the radio controls, and it's easy enough to change the USB stick or SD Card for a fresh selection. I bought mine from Amazon, having had a bad experience with a Chinese seller on EBay: this unit. I also needed this adapter, to accommodate the plug already in the CD Changer socket. It worked straight out of the box, and the sound quality is astonishing. I could still use the Radio's CD drive, but there's no point.
