I recently had to have a new windscreen fitted to my Prius, all is okay, but I was told I would need to have the Safety Camera checked and calibrated; I've had it done today at my local Toyota dealer and it cost me £320 do you think this seems high, the dealer says it took nearly three hours and that's why it cost so much. Has anybody else had this job done and how much did it cost?

I have 4k miles on mine, no rattles so far but early days yet.

I also like the white, I think we will see more cars with white interior trim in the future.

I suspect your problem is, like you say, the upgrade software, I have a Gen 4 Prius and I can play music fine from the USB Port, perhaps a visit to the dealer to ask for advice?

Mine came with just one slender manual, the rest is on-line.

One of the features of the new Prius is it gives you a score out of 100 for your eco driving after each drive, it even suggests what to do to improve. What is the best score that you have achieved, this is mine:

I think the battery is replaced as part of the full dealer service, after 2 years or 20k miles.

I've had my Prius Business Edition Plus 2016 for just over a week now, and the more I drive it, the more I like it, very smooth, quiet, and all the technology works well, I even like the white console, I think it looks modern. Gripes are minor, I also miss the Rain Sensing Wipers, I would prefer a proper Parcel Shelf, and when the car is wet, and you open a door or the boot, water drips into the car. Overall I think I made the right choice, but it's early days yet.

Thanks for the information. I collected the car yesterday, your right about it being a spec issue, the guy said they had to swap some bolts, but he could see no difference between the ones he took out and the replacements.

If the sales guy can be believed, he says it's a very small mod to the suspension, he has three other customers effected by the same thing.

I have been informed that my Prius 4 will be delayed by a day, because it has been sent from the factory requiring a small job to be carried out by the dealer, apparently the job only takes minutes, but it has to be done before the car can be handed over. I have difficulty believing this, but I wonder if any body else has heard of this problem?
