My B9010 Sat Nav doesn't appear to be getting a GPS signal anymore. Was thinking the antenna may have gone down and was wondering where in the car the actual antenna/receiver can be found? It's a D4D estate car. steve

Need your help guys. Just had the car 57 plate Avensis T4 2.0 D4D back from local indie garage following air con condenser replacement. Battery was disconnected to enable strip down. Drove home and turned on the stereo and nothing, no volume at all..... It's the touch screen sat nav stereo with the flip up front for the sat nav DVD and the CD. Garage said it must have a code and suggested that it should be with the handbook. It's not!!! Any ideas whether I need a code, and if so where I can get it from?... Steve

Just ordered the pipe from Toyota, £101 inc vat. Asked for a quote to fit and was given a figure of £470+(Bromley Toyota). Just for labour!! WTF...... Now trying to find someone who will do it for a sensible price. Steve

I have the same problem as well and the pipe is definitely leaking on the hp bend. £100 plus vat for a bit of pipe is a !Removed! liberty, particularly as this is clearly a Toyota design fault.

Dan I had exactly the same symptoms/problem with mine. After loads of time and dosh(incl changing the Dual Mass Flywheel). Turned out to be a badly worn drive shaft. Drivers side has a u/j type joint and the bearings on this were completely shot. Only the rubber gaiter stopped it coming apart completely. Hope this helps. Steve
