  1. My DPF Differential Pressure Sensor, part# 89480-64010 is giving erratic signals. To replace the part from Toyota is prohibitively expensive, so does anyone here have an alternative solution?
  2. Do you think an exhaust leak could cause the P2002 also? What about the misfire? and how can I fix it?
  3. I replaced the fuel tank which involved removing the center section of the exhaust. Now after it's all back together the car is misfiring a little under load before going into limp mode with code P2002 Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold B1. Could this be due to an exhaust leak? Initially we also had P2047 Reductant Injector Circuit Open (Bank1) - We found the injector was actually disconnected. We have no idea how this happened or how long it was disconnected for. We plugged the injector back in and the fault hasn't returned. Could this be connected to the P2002 fault?
  4. I just did a fuel tank replacement on a 2006 corolla verso D4D, the car now has a high idle and misfires under load. What do you think could be the cause? I’m thinking an air leak in the fuel outlet from the tank.

  6. I just replaced the leaking rotten fuel with a new part. The car started and ran fine for about 4 miles, then when trying to accelerate up a 60mph hill the engine started to misfire quite badly. I pulled off the road and sat for a couple of minutes with the engine at idle talking to a passenger, and when we started driving again it seemed ok. When we got into town I could still detect a small misfire under load. There are no warning lights. Any clues?
