  1. Hello, I've had my Corolla Touring Sports Icon Tech for about 2 months now. I ordered mine in blue and was told it'll be about a month for delivery, this soon increased to 6 weeks, then 2 months. In the end it took about 3 and a half months to be delivered. It was well worth the wait though, it's an amazing car to drive. I live in the south east close to London and I'm now starting to see more Corolla's on the road not many Touring Sports though.
  2. I have the Touring Sports in the Icon Tech spec, but not for taxi use. It's an great car to drive, has all the equipment you'll need. I got it because I didn't see the point in spending thousands more for not that much extra considering how well spec'ed even the lowest Icon model is.
  3. Thanks for the link. F1 autocentres is where I'm trying to get the tyre from but they can't seem to find one, I'll try pointing them to their website maybe that'll help.
  4. I have a Corolla Touring Sports Icon Tech 1.8 Hybrid. I've had the car just over a week now and already I've found a screw in the rear tyre which is annoying!! The screw is right on the outer edge of the tread and can't be repaired so I need a new tyre already. My local tyre place can't find a matching Bridgestone or similar, they even tried calling Bridgestone. Does anyone know were I can get a tyre of the same spec as the Bridgestones. The car has the standard wheels which from memory is 16 inch. The tyre spec is 205/55R16 91V Thanks.
  5. I was going to try connecting my phone to the car via Mirror Link don't know if I'll bother trying if it doesn't work. I did go to a Toyota dealer yesterday and asked a couple of guys about the release of Android Auto, no one knew much about it at all. The sales manager was just looking at the brochures for the Corrolla and I think the Aygo, telling me it wasn't on the Corolla and that it wouldn't ever be made available to Corolla's that have been delivered. He seemed confused as to why I'd even want to use Android Auto, and that if I really wanted it I should wait a year and order a new car with it installed!! I said that sounded wrong and that it should just be a software update to the system. He then got defensive and started to question if I even had a new Corolla (it was at the time parked right outside their front door).
  6. Ordered my Corolla Touring Sport Icon Tech Hybrid back in late March early April. Was told it'll be delivered this week but have just been told it'll be another 2 to 3 weeks. The only thing not standard about the car is that I wanted it in blue instead of white.
