  1. I guess you can't have your cake and eat it. 😪
  2. That's also a real possibility. 😜
  3. The compartment near the rearview mirror, just push it in and it will open.
  4. I've identified 2 noises, one is a stupid design flaw. 1 - The sunglasses holder is not padded enough so glasses move when driving and you can hear them tapping away. It took me a good week or so to track it down. 2 - The driver seatbelt box thing makes a slight noise, moving it down and up stops it for a short while but it keeps returning.
  5. What on earth is going to take them almost 2 months?? 😯
  6. Doesn't seem so far fetched, didn't Isis have a fleet of Hilux pickups? Toyota's reliability is respected by people from all walks of life. 😂
  7. I guess they need to wait for enough vehicles to be manufactured before being loaded up on the ships because they are parked up with a couple of inches between each one to maximise loading capacity. The ship bringing my car is a hybrid (apparently) and scheduled to arrive within the next 2 weeks. Delivery to the dealer and prep is what is pushing the date out to the 5th Sept.
  8. FWIW - I just found out that my RAV4 AWD Excel ordered 4th June '19 is on the boat and due to arrive for the 5th Sept as scheduled. Hope that all of the huge delays are just dealerships being cautious.
