  1. Ok, i seem t have muddled my through this one and now want to buy maps. Can you tell me what the difference is between the letters H and L at the end of map file names ? I have touch2 go and don`t understand what `high` means
  2. As this is a sat nav issue have posted in general rather than Auris club. I want to update my maps and following the toolbox instructions, I inserted a fat32 formatted USB stick in the car slot to copy. It was recognised as the option to copy contacts to USB became visible. However, on going to system information to get a fingerprint, no `copy to USB` showed. I tried various sequences of engine on/off, auxilliary power on etc. but nothing . Also, although my comp recognises the usb stick ok , Toolbox can`t see it so I can`t go any further. Any help /ideas please ?
  3. Please ignore my previous post. Problem now sorted. My poor old eyes didn't spot the difference between a lower case L and an upper case i in the code number !
  4. I have just bought a used approved 2015 Auris Hybrid with touch2 and go . I have registered the car with My toyota and it says I need to register my device, but when I go throgh the correct procedure, (multiple times)the website says its not a valid ID number. My dealer was as much use as a chocolate fireguard and I`m stuck for what to do. Can anybody out there please advise ?
  5. I've just bought a used approved auris and when I picked it up. The dealer told me they had fixed a cat lock to it at no extra charge. He seemed to suggest that Toyota were doing to all their cars now .
  6. Hi, my name is Rob and I'm retired. Have just bought my first Toyota , a 2015 Auris sports tourer excel hybrid. I bought it based on Toyota's reliability record which is essential to me as I drive to France each year. So far I'm very pleased with it although missing the punch of my Honda accord diesel estate a bit ! It's taking me a bit of time getting used to the bells and whistles but hoping for years of relatively trouble free motoring now !
