  1. Share your connection via Bluetooth - turn on Bluetooth tethering (Android) or Personal Hotspot (iPhone) but don't bother connecting to the WiFi network. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  2. The old system is really showing its age now. My tuppence of advice would be to invest in a decent after market head unit with CarPlay and call it a day. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Are you connecting to it via WiFi, or only via Bluetooth? If you're connecting via WiFi, I'd recommend you skip that step and watch the navigation system connect anyway (via Bluetooth). In their wisdom, Apple built Personal Hotspot to allow you to connect via Bluetooth, WiFi or USB (Touch 2 only supports the first 2), which just adds confusion in my opinion. 4. Try removing the Bluetooth connection from both your phone and the Touch 2 system, then re-pair. I've had the same issue a couple of times, usually after a software update on my phone.
  5. "High" is for Touch & Go Plus, "Low" is is for the normal Touch & Go system. Check your current software version in System Information to verify which one you need.

Rather than connect to WiFi, you're so much better off sharing your network connection via your phone ("Bluetooth tethering" on Android, "Personal Hotspot" on iOS). The system will automatically connect each time you turn it on, rather than have to muddle around with a second connection.
