  1. I need a rear bumper for my XA40, been looking on various sites inc eBay and there are plenty available from what I’ve seen so far, my model is the Invincible with the bash plate, is there a specific bumper for this model or are all of the bumpers universal, anything to avoid etc? Thanks in advance.
  2. I just googled do larger disc diameters improve braking efficiency, the principle is correct, I met ring Mtec and ask why they offer two different disc sizes for my model, I’m sure there will be logical answer.
  3. Thanks for reply, I’m towing a caravan later on in the year just thought that if the larger discs fit it may give a little bit more stopping power. For the same force between the disc and pads, a bigger rotor generates moretorque on the wheel - i.e. more stopping force. ... So, for the same caliper and brakepad, a bigger rotor generates more braking for the same pressure or the same amount of braking for less pressure.

  5. Hi Everyone, this has probably been answered many times, I have a 2.0D AWD Invincible and looking to change the front discs, I’ve been on the Mtec website and there are two disc diameters which are both compatible with my vehicle 296 & 328mm, will either size fit?
  6. Thanks for the response guys, a firm press on the brake peddle activated the VSC and it held, always been used to this being an automatic feature on previous cars that I have had. Cheers
  7. Hi, This is my first question as a newbie on the forum, picked up my first Rav4 today, 2.0D 2015 Invincible and can’t really notice any Hill Start Assist, The car was stated as having this as a feature when it was advertised by the dealer, So not sure if it isn’t fitted or disabled or what, any advice welcome. love the car by the way. cheers Ian
