Sometimes it's not just the battery that contribute to the starting problem. You should check the ignition switch and so as its fuses. -
I don't have any experience with Dunlop tires. I usually choose Michelin PS4 whenever I need to replace the summer tires on my car.

One of the reasons why a person experience vibration when driving is a defective tires. Aligning it may solve the issue and if it still doesn't work then it will be best to have it check by a car mechanic.
