  1. Go to www.haynes.co.uk where you will find Haynes online. There you will find the complete range of manuals. The RAV4 is listed under USA versions and costs £15.99 Hope this helps. Jocky
  2. I have put this in also as a reply to my original posting but thought a new posting might catch the eye better. I apaologise for taking up this extra space on the forum. Even if you havn't taken the tank out but have a manual or any info. this would be very welcome. Since my original posting I think the leak is not actually from the tank but from where the flexible fuel line is connected to the solid one coming out of the the top of the tank. To confirm this will require me to drop the tank at least partially if not actually remove it. By the way I amn pretty certain it is a single tank which is made very shallow and goes across the breadth of the car. This will be for ground clearance. Please pass on any ideas. Obviously others are interested. Jocky
  3. Thought I would reactivate my original posting since lots of folks have looked at it but no one seems to have the answer. 4. Thanks for these comments. I do have the orginal glove compartment owners handbook. It's the workshop manual I was asking about. Since it's only £15 I'll probably just buy it. An orginal Toyota service manual would be the best oprion of course. I was able to track down such manuals when I owned a Dahaitsu and a Pajero. Jocky
  5. I think Jocky was after a workshop manual - did you find a workshop manual or just an owners manual - Anyone adjusted their RAV4 handbrake?? ← Like I said - an owners manual... ←
  6. Haynes as you probably know does not produce a manual for the UK cars. The only workshop manual for the RAV4 (mine is '94) seems to be for the American market. Before I order one I would be interested to know how relevant this version is to UK cars. Are there any alternatives? Are there any CDs available with proper Toyota manuals? Thanks
  7. I think I have a leak in the petrol tank of my 94 RAV4. First of all is it one tank that goes across the vehicle or is it a double tank? I suspect the leak may be coming from the top of the tank where the outlet is which would mean removing it to work on it. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
