I personally would prefer to buy new headlights, more than likely non HID then get the wiring converted

I currently have some very dim 05-42 HID headlights in my 2004 toyota avensis, I'm want to buy a new set but they are hard to find in New Zealand, I'm wanting to buy standard non HID headlights which are 05-41 these should fit right? I understand I will need an auto sparky to wire them in, but it should work right? Just want to be sure before I pay alot of money to buy the new headlights. Thanks
