I have a 2016 Yaris and i noticed that the rear seat belt LEDs are not on. Im not sure but shouldn't they be on and turn off when the seat belt in in . Can someone help please ?

When i log into My T and i click vehicle settings it gives me the option to tick the box that says " Entry and Start System" . If i tick this box what will i enable, can anyone help please Thank you
