  1. Hi all, Can anyone confirm if thats correct xenon headlight ballast for 2014 Hybrid Estima? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/363491587175?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=fNE8kREqQb6&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=2OFN4vUMQbu&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  2. Is that mean that 2004 Previa have same lights setup as Estima?
  3. I have 2.4 hybrid one not V6. There is topic on that forum that says that E10 hurt the 2.4 in long run. Also when I spoke with Kasper from Wigan few weeks ago he confirmed that.
  4. In about a month I will travel to Poland for 3 weeks holiday and I have 2 question. 1. Fuel. I know that Estimas aren't suitable to use E10 fuel just E5. In Germany Aral(BP) petrol station offer 102 octane petrol that apparently during production no bio ethanol is added. I'm planing to refuel 4 times in total in Germany so is it safer for engine to use Aral 102Octane or stick with usual E5? 2. Beam deflectors. Since UK cars need beam deflectors when travel through Europe to not dazzle drivers driving from other direction because the angle that lights work on. Does our Estimas have light focused more on left side of the road, or in Japan like in US they lights are set central(illuminate evenly both sides of the road)? BTW beam deflectors avaible in UK does not list Toyota Estima in leaflet with instructions where to stick them.
  5. So I just fill up my fuel tank second time and I was able to calculate average petrol usage. Total driving distance 440miles/709km. Petrol used 54l Average fuel consumption 7,61 l/100km 37.1 mpg. Around 260km/161miles was 2 motorway trips, rest was daily in town usage and commute. All together I take it as a good score considering vehicle size/weight and engine size.
  6. Hi, I would say 7 seater is more then enough for 2 adults and 4 children. Luggage space when last row of seate is up I would say that 2 large suitcases will fit in the floor area. I suggest to go to dealer that have all range of Estimas in stock. That's what I did when I couldn't decide which shape I want. In Birmingham there are at least 2 dealers with big stock. I went to this one: Japanese MPV Motors 96 Leopold St, Birmingham B12 0UD 0121 679 6721 https://g.co/kgs/Y1W5gL Good luck.
  7. Hey. I'm using Hybrid Assistant. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=priusfan.info.bthsd10 Unfortunately if you are Apple user you won't be able to use it. It is only for Android devices. App is free to use, but you will have to buy OBD reader. Recommended one cost arround £75.
  8. So I done my Wigan ->Northampton trip today. Wigan to Stoke it was 60 speed limit then Stoke to Northampton 70 cruise control on. On speedo 70mph GPS speed 107km/h.
  9. DirectLine isure my 2014 Hybrid without any issue. Same premium like on my 2.2 diesel Mazda 6 £51 a month comprehensive with no claim discount protection.
  10. I know it is a short run and mostly in town, but that's what a Hybrid is for. Tomorrow I have to travel over 100miles mostly motorway and i will share my score after the trip.
  11. Hi all, I'm collecting 2014 Toyota Estima Hybrid next Saturday. It will be my first Hybrid car. I heard about some Estima magician garage in Wigan. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.
